Montgomery Bell State Park is located along U.S. Highway 70, about 7 miles east of Dickson.
From Interstate 40, take Exit 182 (State Highway 96) and go west to intersection with Highway 70.
(After exit ramp, drive & come to traffic light. Turn left.) Turn right (east) on U.S. Highway 70.
Go about 3 miles. Proceed to park entrance which will be on right.
Follow park signs for Group Camp Site 1.
It is private entrance so it might seem like you're going wrong way, but keep driving.
You will pass park ranger home, enter gate, drive to big Fellowship/Dining Hall.
Usually we meet people here, you can unload food & put in kitchen refrigerator.
Then you can drive car to cabin area & unload there.
